The police are reporting that they have arrested and charged three men in relation to the impersonation of public health officers during the reopening of Crab Circle at Heroes Circle in Kingston.
They are: 23-year-old Orain Harris, a content creator of May Pen, Clarendon and Greenwood, St James; 23-year-old Ayden Smart, also a content creator of Bushy Park Housing Scheme, Clarendon and Greenwood, St James; and 32-year-old Kazrae Gray, a television producer of Greenwood, St James.
The men were charged with breaches of the Profession’s Supplementary to Medicine Act and conspiracy at common law to breaches of the Profession’s Supplementary to Medicine Act.
The charges stem from the men presenting themselves as public health officers at the reopening of the food location, which was temporarily closed by the Kingston and St Andrew Health Department for unsanitary practices. A viral video surfaced on social media of Kazrae Gray addressing the audience at the reopening of the food spot.

In addition, the men reportedly visited other business establishments by impersonating public health inspectors and presented fraudulent identification cards.
The police said the men have now been arrested and charged.
The men’s court dates are being finalised.
