The Board of Directors of technology company, tTech Limited has announced the resignation of Justin Morin, who served as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective November 5.

Morin has accepted an executive position with tTech’s auditors, Ernst & Young and so cannot continue as a director of tTech Limited.

He joined the Board of tTech on May 25, 2020 and, since his appointment, has helped to establish several new strategic initiatives that will provide lasting benefits for the company.

The board said it was thankful for his invaluable contributions, support and leadership during his tenure as a director of tTech and wished him every success in his future endeavours.
