GraceKennedy Limited (GK) is advising that Terry-Ann Graver, head of treasury and corporate finance, will cease to be as senior officer of the company.

She will be transitioning to a new role in the GK Group. As a consequence, Greig Lindo will assume the role in her stead, effective December 1, 2023.

JSE resignation and director passing

The Jamaica Stock Exchange has confirmed that Tara Nunes has tendered her resignation as a director of the board, effective October 6. The JSE takes this opportunity to thank Nunes for her service and wish her the best in her future endeavours. 

In the meantime, the JSE says it is saddened by the passing of Suzanne Ffolkes-Goldson, a remarkable board director and board committee member, who served diligently until her passing. JSE adds that Goldon will be deeply missed and extended its sincere condolences to her family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.

New JCC directors

The Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC) has announced its new board of directors, who will be serving will be serving a three-year term. The team, which was elected on Friday (October 13) will be led by Phillip Ramson, who replaces Michael McMorris.

Ramson is the managing director of Chas E Ramson, which, having been established more than 100 years ago, is one of Jamaica’s longest-standing family enterprises.
