Wigton Windfarm is advising its board of directors has approved the appointment of Omar Azan as chairman of the nominations, compensation and human resources committee.

The appointment is effective August 9. The appointment of a new chairperson was due to the resignation of Gregory Sherley, based on him attaining the age of retirement from the board and not as a result of any disagreement or issue with the director’s ability to carry out any of the functions delegated by the board.  

JFP director resigns

JFP Limited has advised that Marie McMorris has resigned as director and chairperson of the audit committee, effective August 18.

JFP has also advised that director, Chantal Bennett, has been appointed new audit committee chairperson, effective August 18, 2023.

Prestige Holdings announces changes

Trinidad and Tobago restaurant management company, Prestige Holdings, which has the KFC, Starbucks and TGI Fridays franchises in the twin-island Caribbean republic has announced two new organisational changes.

Incumbent currently operations manager for KFC T&T, Ryan Deans has been appointed vice president, TGI Fridays designate with an effective date of December 1.

At the same time, Kerri Hosein-Khan, currently vice president, Starbucks and TGI Fridays will cease responsibility of overseeing TGI Fridays on November 30, after the transition period ends.
