Couples Resorts in Tower Isle, St Mary, ushered in the new year with style, treating its local and international guests to a lavish party on the last night of 2023.

The evening kicked off with an exclusive cocktail party at 7 p.m., hosted on the resort’s picturesque balcony. Despite the initial concern of rainy weather, the night unfolded seamlessly, with Couples’ dedicated staff creating a magical atmosphere for their esteemed guests.

The resort’s dining room underwent a stunning transformation, becoming a lavish buffet crafted by Executive Chef Valentine McKenzie featuring roasted ham, roasted beef, an array of seafood including grilled lobster, leaving guests with a feast for the senses.

Reflecting on the night’s success, the front office manager of Couples Tower Isle said, “The night was really, really awesome. It was epic, and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves, and everything worked out wonderfully.”

Entertainment featured the hotel’s resident band and singers who kept the energy high throughout the night. The highlight of the musical line-up was the performance by Gem Myers, who led a sing-along of her hits, culminating in a lively countdown as the clock struck midnight.
