The PNP’s Dr Alfred Dawes, who is seeking to be elected for the hot seat of South East, St Catherine, is confident he will sweep away the feet of his opponent, the JLP’s Robert ‘Big Rob’ Miller, on Wednesday, September 3.

Dr Dawes, who is the Opposition Shadow Minister for Health and Wellness and a general, laparoscopic and bariatric weight loss surgeon, said at the end of the PNP Tour in Portmore, St. Catherine on the evening of Saturday, August 30, that he is confident all three seats of which Portmore falls within their division, will be won by the PNP candidates.

“We know Portmore going deliver, because I driving through and I always hear seh Portmore a PNP city, but what I saw today, a weh so much comrades come from?!” Dr Dawes said.

“Generations from now, they will talk about the 2025 General Election, the [same] way they spoke about the 72 election and the 89 election, so it is our duty to be on the right side of history, and mek sure every single comrade, every single undecided voter come out and vote,” he said.

He confidently said that the PNP with him, Raymond Pryce and Fitz Jackson, will deliver another 3-love for the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), at the end of the General Election, as they did with all three political debates held last week.

“So when you see them holding up dem finger bout third term, no! It’s three love!” Dawes said with much confidence.

“They are coming with some very dirty underhanded tactics. They are getting desperate, and yaar to understand, when a man don’t have nothing before and him come ina politics and scrape, when him leave politics, nothing no de de fi scrape, so him going fight with all him might! Those are the people we’re up against!” he shouted.

He then said the Opposition Leader term Mark Golding, President, PNP is being addressed by, will be modified on Wednesday, September 3 following the end of the General Election to Prime Minister.
