
Errol Howlett has been appointed General Manager of the public relations firm founded by Jean Lowrie Chin, PRO Communications Limited.
Howlett has been with PROComm for 22 years, and during that time, he has gone on to be promoted to a number of positions more notably, accountant, media manager and event planner.
Married with a son at Wolmers High School, the PROComm executive is a graduate of Vauxhall High School. He has now completed studies in Accounting & Financial Management at IMS/UCC and ACCA Level 1.
Jean Lowrie Chin, who for years remains the doyenne of public relations in Jamaica and built ProComm into a major player in its field now serves as executive chair of the company she launched back in 1978.
She has also served as the Chair of the Digicel Foundation, based in Jamaica’s downtown Kingston headquarters.
