The directors of ISP Finances Services Limited have decided to postpone the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 16.

The decision was made based on the current COVID-19 situation in Jamaica. The company has already sent out an advisory, informing shareholders of the postponement.

The company directors say in light of the current situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, an application is underway to the Jamaican courts for permission to conduct the AGM virtually, under the rules of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) and the laws of Jamaica.

ISP Finances Services will advise further on the date of the AGM once appropriate approvals have been obtained from the Judicial Courts of Jamaica and the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
