After years of inquiries from entrepreneurs eager to bring Juici Patties to Trinidad & Tobago (T&T), the locally bred and Jamaica’s biggest restaurant chain has officially opened franchise applications for that eastern Caribbean market.
The move marks another milestone in the company’s aggressive international expansion and offers qualified entrepreneurs the opportunity to own and operate one of the Caribbean’s most recognized restaurant brands. Applications are now being accepted through the company’s international franchising website: https://juicipattiesfranchising.com/international/
Juici Patties is seeking both single-unit and multi-unit franchise operators with a long-term vision of opening approximately 20 restaurants across T&T. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of US$200,000 in liquid capital, which may include cash, stocks, bonds, or other liquid investments.

Ambitious international restaurant expansion
While Juici Patties has been a household name in Jamaica for decades, the company has quietly been building one of the region’s most ambitious international restaurant expansion stories. Today, Juici Patties operates 66 restaurants across Jamaica, making it the country’s largest restaurant chain.
In the United States, the company has already opened over 30 restaurants in just over two years, with over 30 additional locations currently under construction, as it continues its rapid expansion across 11 U.S. states. The company believes Trinidad & Tobago represents a natural next step in its Caribbean expansion and is inviting entrepreneurs who share its commitment to quality, customer service, and long-term business building to apply.

Daniel Chin, Director of Operations for Juici Patties Jamaica and CEO of Juici Patties USA is excited, as the Trinidad launch represents more than simply entering another market. “For years, we’ve received messages from people asking when Juici Patties would finally come to Trinidad. We’re excited to say that the wait is over. This isn’t just about opening restaurants. It’s about creating opportunities for entrepreneurs while proving that a company built in Jamaica can successfully compete and grow internationally.“ Chin shares.
According to him, “Every restaurant we open outside Jamaica carries
a little piece of Jamaica with it—our food, our culture, our hospitality, and our entrepreneurial spirit. When Juici Patties succeeds overseas, it’s not just a win for our company—it’s a win for Jamaica. Every new restaurant shows the world that Jamaican businesses, Jamaican brands, and Jamaican entrepreneurs can compete with the very best. My hope is that our journey inspires the next generation of Jamaican entrepreneurs to think bigger, dream bigger, and believe that companies built right here in Jamaica can grow across the Caribbean, North America, and beyond.”
