A federal judge has ruled that former United States Vice President Mike Pence must testify to a grand jury about conversations he had with Donald Trump leading up to January 6, 2021, when the former president’s supporters stormed the Capitol, CNN reported today (March 28), citing sources.

In a ruling that remains under seal, the judge also said that Pence can still decline to answer questions related to his actions on January 6, 2021, itself, CNN reported. The report added that Pence still has the ability to appeal the decision.
