Berger Paints Jamaica Limited has transitioned its registrar services to the Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD).

JSCD has replaced PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Corporate Services Limited as the Registrar and Transfer Agent for Berger.

The change took effect on March 20, 2023. The change comes as PwC closes its registrar and transfer agent businesses.

Since then JCSD and Sagicor Corporate Services have taken over PwC clients such as Jamaica Broilers, Salada and 138 Student Living Jamaica.

PwC took the decision to discontinue the provision of its registrar and transfer agent services last year and informed its clients of its decision to do so. However, its corporate services practice continues.
