The police have not made any progress in finding Toshyna Patterson and 10-month-old Sarayah Pauwell, the daughter of Member of Parliament for Kingston East and Port Royal Phillip Paulwell, even after a $500,000 reward was put on the table to anyone who has useful information.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Stephanie Lindsay, head of the Constabulary Communication Unit told Our Today that the mother and child remain missing, and no suspect has been identified a week after news emerged that the mother and daughter went missing.
Lindsay said the police have not been able to capitalise on any of the information that they have received so far.
Paulwell himself has pleaded with the public for help to find his young daughter.
According to the Half-Way Tree police, at approximately 7:00 am on September 9, 27-year-old Patterson and her 10-month-old daughter Sarayah were last seen standing by the gate of their residence on Gilmour Drive in St Andrew.
Patterson is described as having a dark complexion, a slim build, and a height of approximately 163 centimeters (5 feet 4 inches). Sarayah is of dark complexion and stands at approximately 75 centimeters in height, wearing a pink onesie.
Individuals with information regarding the whereabouts of Patterson and Paulwell are urged to promptly contact the Half-Way Tree police at 876-926-8184, the police emergency number 119, or visit the nearest police station.
