The Water Resources Authority is now conducting a dye tracing study at the Moneague Lake Sink to track the movement of water underground.

Residents are being assured that the dye poses no harm to human health or the environment

If the yellow discolouration is observed in the lake, there is no cause for concern. The non-toxic dye is safe and is expected to naturally disappear within 24 hours.
