Generally cooler, wetter conditions are in store of most sections of Jamaica today (June 22), officials say, as a tropical wave moves to dominate local weather.
The Jamaica Meteorological Service, in its 5:00 am forecast, also noted that a trough is expected to remain across the island over the next few days.
The Met Office advised that Jamaicans should expect a partly cloudy morning, later giving way to isolated showers and thunderstorms, particularly across sections of central and western parishes.
It will be windy especially across the south coast.
