The RIDDIM is flowing to Reggae Sumfest this weekend, and Flow is giving its customers an exclusive experience at the island’s premier music festival.
As the official technology partner for this year’s event, Flow is bringing its RIDDIM platform to life with a slate of activities and giveaways designed to connect customers and fans with the music they love.
The RIDDIM platform, launched in June, is a celebration of Jamaica’s rich cultural legacy and the people who make it special. Flow’s Head of Marketing, Latoy Lawrence, said there’s no better place to amplify that message than Reggae Sumfest.
“Music is the heartbeat of our cultural expression—and our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Flow,” said Lawrence. “Reggae Sumfest provides a great opportunity for us to celebrate a shared passion with our customers. Through our RIDDIM platform, we’re creating moments that resonate with the rhythm of our culture and our people.”

Flow’s customer experience at the event revolves around its skybox, a premium viewing area offering lucky customers a VIP experience at the festival. Customers can access the skybox through the company’s online giveaways on its social media accounts and its on-the-ground activities at Catherine Hall on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19. Festival tickets and access to the skybox were also up for grabs during RIDDIM Wednesdays, a vibrant customer event at Flow’s Fairview store in Montego Bay on July 16.
Inside the skybox, guests will be treated to entertainment, refreshments, and giveaways between band changes—all part of Flow’s promise to deliver an elevated experience for its customers and patrons. Powering this experience is Flow’s world-class fibre technology, which ensures all festival logistics and administrative tasks run smoothly. This includes the online stream, the media zone, and the point of sale machines.
Lawrence added that Flow’s partnership with Sumfest is a celebration of our cultural creativity and its power to bring people together, which reflects the brand qualities of its RIDDIM platform.
“At the heart of our RIDDIM platform is people—our customers, our creatives, and every Jamaican who adds to the rhythm of our culture,” said Lawrence. “We’re not just connecting people through technology, we’re helping them to tell their own stories in their unique way, and Flow is proud to be a part of that.”
