It doesn’t look good for the Mayor of New York, Eric Adams, with him now indicted for bribery and wire fraud.

His phone has been seized and his home raided by authorities.

This case has gone to the Department of Justice and the Attorney-General.

Adams insists he is innocent and will not be resigning. He says this is a witch hunt and that he has been singled out by his political enemies. He remains very defiant.

The claim is he took money from Turkish donors in exchange for granting them favourable terms. Mayor Adams has not been formerly arrested as yet.

Only last year, Mayor Adams gave Diddy the keys to the city of New York, a huge state honour. Now Diddy is languishing in jail awaiting trial for multiple charges, including sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and racketeering.

The Mayor Eric Adams 5-count indictment is 50 pages long.
