Michael Lee-Chin, chairman of the NCB Financial Group, is leading the charge to transform the banking house and infuse it with a culture of efficiency, customer experience and governance.

The aim is to return NCB to its undisputed mantle of Jamaica’s largest and most profitable domestic bank and for all Jamaicans to buy into the re-energised NCB.

Here, NCB and its senior management team went to St Ann to meet the people and spread the word. Lee-Chin is at the head of this campaign to change the image of the bank.
