The Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) says it will equip senior executives and business leaders with the tools and strategies to thrive in today’s rapidly changing environment through a newly launched Strategic Insights Seminar series.

The inaugural seminar is scheduled for October 23 at the UWI Regional Headquarters in St Andrew.

This staging, according to the Mona School of Business and Management, comes at a pivotal time as Jamaican and Caribbean businesses grapple with global economic shifts, technological disruption, and the increasing demand for adaptive leadership.

The inaugural seminar, themed ‘Thriving in Change’, will set the tone for the series by addressing one of the most pressing challenges facing today’s leaders: navigating constant organisational transformation.

Following the first offering on October 23, the series will continue every month through May 2026.
