Everything Fresh Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Maitland, as General Manager, effective Monday August 10, 2026. 

This appointment forms part of the company’s succession planning strategy and reinforces its commitment to strengthening operational leadership and supporting its long-term growth objectives. Maitland will have overall responsibility for the financial and operational management of the Kingston-based importer and distributor of fresh produce, dairy, meats, seafood, frozen foods, and dry goods for Jamaica’s hospitality and retail markets.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London. Maitland brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience in finance, operations, governance and business transformation across Jamaica and Canada.

Throughout her career, Maitland has held senior positions with KPMG (Jamaica), GraceKennedy Group, Capital & Credit Merchant Bank (now JMMB), and most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of JN Fund Managers. Her extensive experience includes financial strategy, operational improvement, regulatory oversight, corporate governance, and performance management.
