Quantas Advantage Limited is entering its next phase of growth with expanded capacity to finance investment, business expansion, and economic development across Jamaica and the Caribbean, after reporting a 34.9 per cent increase in revenue to US$3.75 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.

These results build on the momentum created by Quantas Advantage’s successful listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange following a significantly oversubscribed Initial Public Offering (IPOMedia) that raised approximately J$2.4 billion, despite a market environment that remained challenging for equity issuances. The successful capital raise strengthened the Company’s balance sheet and expanded its capacity to pursue high-quality investment opportunities.

Quantas Advantage has announced that net income grew by 31.1 per cent to US$2.53 million, continuing its track record of delivering sustainable value for shareholders. Return on Average Equity improved to 12.96 per cent, and the Company recorded no credit losses, reflecting disciplined investment management, robust risk management and a strong corporate governance framework.

Dr. Adrian Stokes, CEO of Quantas Capital, commented: “Strong financial performance creates opportunity, but its real value lies in how that capital is deployed. Our results this year have strengthened our ability to support productive investment that contributes to business growth, economic resilience and long-term national development. That is the responsibility we now carry as a publicly listed company.”

“Maintaining zero credit losses while growing the business reflects the quality of our investment decisions, the strength of our governance framework and our commitment to disciplined risk management. Those principles have earned the confidence of our shareholders and will continue to guide every decision we make.”

The Company’s significantly oversubscribed IPO demonstrated strong investor confidence in Quantas Advantage’s long-term strategy and governance at a time when equity markets remained subdued.

“Successfully completing an oversubscribed public offering in a challenging market environment reinforced our belief that investors value disciplined execution, transparent governance and long-term thinking. Our responsibility now is to honour that confidence through thoughtful capital deployment and responsible stewardship that delivers sustainable value over time.”

Hurricane resilience and recovery

With a significantly strengthened capital base, Quantas Advantage enters FY2027 well-positioned to support investment opportunities that contribute to Jamaica’s continued economic recovery while helping address the Caribbean’s broader financing gap.

As Jamaica continues rebuilding following Hurricane Melissa and businesses seek greater access to growth capital, the Company believes private investment will play an increasingly important role in financing business expansion, infrastructure development, housing initiatives and productive sectors of the economy.

Rather than relying solely on conventional lending structures, Quantas Advantage continues to develop flexible financing solutions that broaden access to capital while maintaining disciplined investment standards. This approach allows the Company to support opportunities that may otherwise remain underserved while preserving the prudent risk management principles that underpin its investment philosophy.

Dr. Stokes added: “Our ambition extends beyond growing our balance sheet. It is to grow Jamaica’s capacity to invest in its future. That means identifying opportunities where innovative financing can unlock economic activity, strengthen businesses and contribute to sustainable growth across Jamaica and the Caribbean.”

Backed by a strengthened capital base, growing investor confidence and a disciplined approach to investment management, Quantas Advantage remains committed to connecting capital with opportunity while creating sustainable long-term value for shareholders and contributing to economic resilience across Jamaica and the Caribbean.
