The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is set to list One on One Education Services on its Junior Market tomorrow (September 1).
This will make the education service provider the 100th listing on the JSE, and the second education technology company this year, following the listing of EduFocal in March.
Since its inception in 2013, the Ricardo Allen-founded One on One has provided personalised online learning solutions and build up a subscriber base of 250,000 learners across the Caribbean.
The educational organisation opened its initial public offer (IPO) of shares on August 12, indicating its intention to be listed on the JSE.

The company’s IPO was eight times oversubscribed and closed the same day.
The invitation was for the subscription of 380 million shares, priced at $1 per share, but closed with more than J$3 billion in subscriptions from more than 15,000 applications.
The award-winning online platform is trending upwards, receiving tremendous support from investors across the island.
Currently, it offers training solutions to students, governments and schools, businesses and individuals all across the Caribbean.
