The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) has revamped its YouTube channel in response to customer feedback.
It’s a total makeover which has been dubbed the “OUR Jamaica Hub!”. The regulatory agency says the new and improved channel will allow individuals to have easier access to entertaining and informative videos.
The new look and feel of the channel reflect customer feedback such as ease in finding the channel with the new name enabling individuals to find the channel. Simply use ‘the our’ or ‘the our jamaica hub’ and individuals will find the channel.
As for the OUR homepage, it now contains the best playlists and most-watched videos. Playlists are organised to allow for more seamless access to its content.
Viewers can dive into OUR’s drama series, webinars they have missed, consumer-focused Q&A sessions with Ask Lorna, and highlights from its radio program “Inside the OUR.”
The OUR will soon be launching its ‘OUR Shorts’ and ‘OUR Minute’ as well as more new content in bite-sized 1-minute segments.

The OUR’s trailer, webinars and features are now more accessible and work is continuing on creating even shorter, easily consumable content for viewers.
