Scotiabank executives engage Jamaican leaders on investment, innovation and economic growth

Senior Scotiabank executives recently met with leaders across Jamaica’s financial, development and business sectors as part of a series of engagements focused on investment, innovation, economic resilience and opportunities to support the country’s continued growth.

The visiting delegation, led by Jabar Singh, President, Scotiabank Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, included Agostina Pechi, Managing Director, Head of Global Capital Markets, Latin America, and Dennis Eisele, Managing Director & Head, LatAm Fixed Income Origination. They were joined by Audrey Tugwell Henry, President & CEO, Jamaica, for discussions with representatives from the Bank of Jamaica, the Development Bank of Jamaica and other key stakeholders.

The engagements provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on Jamaica’s economic outlook and explore how stronger collaboration can help build resilience, expand opportunities and support sustainable long-term growth.
