Last big blast for 2023 Carnival in Jamaica

For those who thought all the fun and festivities were over when the Jamaica Carnival road march ended on Sunday afternoon, Smirnoff’s ‘Big Wall’ event has proven them wrong.

Forgetting that Jamaicans love to prolong their partying, a massive crowd turned up at Smirnoff’s ‘Big Wall’ event along West Kings House Road Sunday night.

Considered the ‘last big blast’ that wraps up the Carnival weekend activities in fine style, ‘Big Wall’ saw a huge gathering of both costumed revellers and regular Smirnoff party patrons excited to be outside feting with friends, both old and new. 

While hookah and alcohol were available in abundance, it was the music that kept patrons moving as the fusion of dancehall and soca hits had them gyrating on speakers, on bars and especially on each other. 

While several disc jockeys had a go at the console, DJ Cyclone of Coppershot put on a stellar set that hyped up the already lively crowd who still displayed tonnes of energy to spare well into the night.
