VM Investments Limited (VMIL) welcomes the decision of the Supreme Court, which granted summary judgment in favour of VMIL in the matters brought against E-Media Interactive Group Limited and Kintyre Holdings Limited.

The court dismissed the defendants’ applications to strike out VMIL’s claims and awarded costs to VMIL in both matters. The claims relate to the recovery of sums due under outstanding margin loan facilities.

This ruling affirms VMIL’s position and enables the company to move forward with enforcement and recovery steps as permitted by law.
