Veteran entertainer Wayne Marshall and his eldest son, popular content creator and rising star Giomar, will be performing at the grand finals of the CB PAN 2025 event on the grounds of Jamaica College on Sunday, August 31.

This, the first ever show where me and my dad are booked for separate performances and all together, is a huge milestone for not only me but for my dad as well. It’s a great feeling. It has a sense of security to it as I don’t feel like I am completely on my own,” shared an overjoyed Gio Mar, who will bring fresh talent and energy to the stage.

Proud father Wayne Marshall added, “It’s a proud feeling to know me and my son Giomar will be performing onstage both together and individually. The first time I invited him onstage to sing, he was nine years old, and that was because I realised he had natural talent and love for music. Now, he has original music to deliver and a lot more experience performing. I will be there watching him like a fan, supporter and proud father.”

Also scheduled to perform on Sunday, are Reggae-soul songstress Lila Ike and gospel sensation, Kevin Downswell.

For Kevin Downswell, the PAN stage will be a platform to uplift and inspire through music while “One PAN a knock!”

“It will not be normal. I’m looking forward to ministering with you, and sharing the stage with some incredible people, like Lila Ike, Wayne Marshall. I look forward to seeing you. I look forward to praising the King of kings with you,” Downswell declared. 

The annual PAN Finals, presented by CB Foods, is the grand climax of the PAN Chicken and Pork Competitions, a sizzling celebration of Jamaica’s street food culture. Thousands are expected from across the island to support their parish entrants and witness culinary talent on display. Paired with an unforgettable day of flavour, family and live entertainment, the CB PAN Finals promises to be an experience like no other.

In addition to live performances, the family-friendly event will feature the Caribbean Passion Kiddies Village, offering fun and entertainment for children, including face painting, bounce-a-bouts, balloon making, rides, and even virtual reality.

“PAN is not only about celebrating the creativity of our cooks, it’s about celebrating Jamaica,” said Nicole Hall, Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing, CB Foods Limited. “The Caribbean Passion Kiddies Village will be back with exciting activities and product tastings, and of course, patrons can enjoy PAN chicken and pork at affordable prices.”

The competition will see 32 finalists across 14 parishes vying for the top spot and the grand prize of $1 million from CB Foods, along with other exciting rewards from sponsors.

The CB PAN Finals promise flavour, fun, and family, a true celebration of Jamaican culture. Gates open at 12 noon and admission is free.
