The Island Traffic Authority (ITA) is working with its telecommunications provider to restore connectivity and resume normal operations at its Service Hubs following a break in the telecommunications fibre network.
The fibre network disruption is currently affecting the delivery of the following services:
- Learner’s Permits
- Driver’s Licences
- Certificates of Fitness
The telecommunications provider is actively carrying out repairs to the affected fibre network, with efforts focused on restoring connectivity and facilitating the resumption of normal operations as soon as possible.
The Authority will provide an update tomorrow on the status of the repairs and the availability of services, so customers can make the necessary arrangements.
The ITA apologises for the inconvenience and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as work continues to restore full service.
