Social media “alpha male” personalities Andrew and Tristan Tate have a hard road ahead of them as their incarceration continues.
They are being held in a Miami facility awaiting extradition to the U.K. on multiple sex trafficking and sexual abuse charges.
The brothers who once flaunted their private jets, yachts, performance cars and high life now say the jail conditions are too hard and that they are losing weight.
They have called on President Trump to get them out of their predicament and said they helped make him become President with their support.
Andrew Tate wrote, “ I am being held inside the SHU because of my fame. I have mainstream media endlessly slandering me because of my message. I have politicians who use their time in parliament to beg for my extradition. I am innocent.”

The Tate brothers launched a number of webcams provocatively showcasing young women and offered a number of courses on how to become a “real man”. They proclaim women should know their place and that they should submit to men’s needs. They garnered huge followings on social media. They were described as “ Top Gs”.
They were arrested in Romania and faced sex abuse charges there, which didn’t stick. They made their way to Miami, where they lived the good life and said they were untouchable until they were arrested in Miami and thrown in jail awaiting extradition to the UK to face numerous charges of rape and sexual abuse.
Now they want Barron Trump to speak on their behalf and tell the world they are innocent.
The Tates said they posed no flight risk and no danger to the community and should be granted bail.

Judge Lauren Louis has denied them bail, saying they pose a “quintessential flight risk with an exceptional capacity to flee the jurisdiction.”
Their assets have been seized in Romania.
Now the brothers face new charges in Romania, including money laundering and trafficking a minor. They have denied all allegations- those in the U.S., those in the U.K. and those in Romania, where they once resided.
The Tates have complained about the peanut butter and meatloaf they are being fed in prison and said they have lost a lot of weight. Judge Lauren Louis refuted that assertion and said they are eating well and have in fact gained weight. She insists they must remain in jail and notes they have produced no medical evidence of deteriorating health.
Their lawyer Joseph D. McBride put out a statement which read: “ They have spent 55 days in federal custody at the UK’s request. They have not been convicted of a crime. They have not been ordered extradited. The court has not heard the merits of extradition because the UK has not yet filed its formal request and supporting materials. “
He went on to write in a separate social media missive: “Two Americans on American soil ordered to approve a negative against a case that does not yet exist on paper.”

Andrew Tate has said that he has multiple children with many women from different ethnic backgrounds and should be allowed to make money to look after them.
He has also said that anyone who writes negatively about him or broadcasts lies about him will be sued, and he will not stop until they are all destroyed.
The UK has now formally put in its request for the extradition of Andrew and Tristan Tate. It was done on September 9th, 2026. It came in the form of a seven-page document.
