Renowned culinary expert Chef Mark Chong is set to make waves at the JMEA Expo, taking place from April 3rd to April 6th at the National Indoor and Sports Centre.

Visitors can look forward to an exciting showcase of Mark Chong’s Frozen Meals, a high-quality, ready-to-eat authentic Jamaican frozen dinner that is already available in select supermarkets across Kingston, General Foods, Lees Red Hills Road, Lees Boulevard, S Foods, and John R Wong

Crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Mark Chong’s Frozen Meals offers a range of home-cooked style dishes, including Curried Goat, Oxtail and Beans, Curried Chicken, Curried Chickpeas, and Stewed Peas with Pigstail. Each meal is free from artificial ingredients, MSG, gluten, nuts, and preservatives, ensuring a nutritious and satisfying experience.

Beyond the frozen meal line, Chef Chong will also offer a sneak peek of his soon-to-be-launched Café & Lounge, opening April 11th. Expo attendees will get the exclusive opportunity to enjoy menu items from the upcoming café, including Breakfast Bowls, Salad Bowls, Wrap Bowls, and Create-Your-Own Bowls, blending bold flavours with fresh, wholesome ingredients.

As part of the excitement, visitors scanning the QR code at the booth will automatically enter for a chance to win a week’s worth of frozen dinners and a dining experience for two at Mark Chong’s Café & Lounge.

“Our goal is to bring the taste of authentic, high-quality Jamaican cuisine to homes with our frozen meals while also offering an ambient multisensory experience for people to enjoy fresh, vibrant dishes at our café,” says Chef Mark Chong. “We’re thrilled to serve you at the JMEA Expo and look forward to delighting your taste buds,” said Mark Chong, founder of Mark Chong’s Cooking Mastery.
