Two children, namely Kerisa Hutchinson, aged 7 and Samson Cameron, aged 4, were fatally burnt while flames ravished a house they were in on 7 1/2  Smith Lane in central Kingston.

Their mother left them alone in the house, and it was there that they met their fate. Despite attempts to save them, they perished.

The children lived with both their parents. 

Kerisa Hutchinson attended Calabar Primary School while Samson was in preschool.

Our Today understands that the mother left the children with their father.
