Coca-Cola, distributed by Wisynco Group Limited, is bringing the World Cup excitement to football fans across Jamaica.

As an official global sponsor of the tournament, the brand will kick off its Road Tour on Thursday, June 11, at Ocho Rios Square, coinciding with the official start of the FIFA World Cup.

The tour will give fans an opportunity to immerse themselves in the excitement of the game through engaging activities, entertainment, giveaways and memorable football-themed experiences as Coca-Cola celebrates the world’s biggest sporting event.

“The World Cup is an exciting time here in Jamaica. The passion and love Jamaicans have for football is infectious. Everyone has their favourite team and player that they are cheering on, and for us at Coca-Cola we want to share in the celebrations and bring memorable moments to our consumers where they are”, said Chantellee McDonald, Senior Brand Manager – Coca-Cola Portfolio at Wisynco Group Limited.

The road tour is one part of Coca-Cola’s FIFA World Cup activities in Jamaica. Earlier this month, the brand announced the winners of its Score with Coca-Cola promotion, which gave consumers a chance to win instant prizes and an all-expenses-paid trip to experience a FIFA World Cup match.

Tashaa Catnott and Brenda Morgan were named the grand prize winners and received an all expense paid trip to Atlanta, Georgia, to watch the final Group Stage match between Morocco and Haiti.

The Score with Coca-Cola Tour will also extend to select participating restaurants, where consumers can enjoy special deals while enjoying the football season.

“We are excited to connect with our consumers and football fans as we bring the energy and vibes of the World Cup beyond the screen and into spaces where fans can participate in the moment,” McDonald added. “We want each stop and interaction with our brand to feel like a celebration of the beloved game of football.”

The road tour continues on June 17 at Valu Mart in Clarendon, June 20 at Sam Sharpe Square in Montego Bay and on July 9 at Mandela Park in Half-Way Tree.
