Back for its second staging, the 5K Eco Run coordinated by Jamaica Sotheby’s International Realty and The Tryall Club will take place this Sunday, August 24, 2025, on the lush grounds of the Tryall Estate in Hanover.

The event continues to promote wellness, sustainability and community impact while delivering an experience rooted in Jamaica’s lifestyle and hospitality.  Participants will traverse a scenic 5K route across the historic Tryall property, renowned for its natural beauty and heritage.

Set to begin with a warm-up session at 5:30 am, the race gets underway at 6:00 am. Aside from the race, guests will enjoy a full lifestyle experience with food, refreshments, music and mingling.

It’s about waking up early, moving your body, connecting with others and then enjoying great food and music in one of Jamaica’s most beautiful settings. The inaugural 5K Eco Run in 2024 exceeded expectations with a strong turnout and enthusiastic support from participants of all ages. For this year’s staging, the organisers aim to further expand the race-day experience while deepening its core message: ‘Run with Purpose. Run for Jamaica’s Future’.

The organisers will direct the proceeds from the event into supporting environmental conservation projects and educational initiatives across Jamaica.
