NFL linebacker Logan Wilson announced his retirement last Wednesday (March 18) at the age of 29. 

Wilson, who spent most of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals before being traded to the Dallas Cowboys during the 2025 season, shared his gratitude on Instagram, reflecting on the journey from a Wyoming kid with an NFL dream to a seasoned professional.

Wilson played 12 games in his 2020 rookie season, eventually becoming a mainstay in the Bengals’ starting lineup. Over 83 NFL games, he tallied 565 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and 11 interceptions, including four consecutive seasons with over 100 tackles.

Now, Wilson says he’s excited to begin the next chapter of his life beyond the field.
