The police are renewing their appeal to citizens to assist with locating 12-year-old Jayden Smith, a first-form student of Manchester High School, who has been missing since last Friday, September 26. 

He is of Whales district, Newport in Manchester and is of dark complexion, slim build and is about 152 centimetres (5 feet) tall.

Reports from the Alligator Pond Police are that at about 6:15 am, Jayden was last seen at home wearing a khaki uniform and a pair of brown shoes. He has not been heard from since.

School principal, Jasford Gabriel, says the community is anxious for his safe return.

The principal describes him as a quiet but brilliant student.
