Jamaican producer Rvssian is flummoxed and amused by a shoutout sent by the infamous ‘Tinder Swindler’ Simon Leviev.
Rvssian, who shared a video on his verified Instagram and Twitter pages from the convicted Israeli conman and fraudster, was beside himself on Monday evening (February 21).
In the 16-second clip, Leviev can be heard praising the 33-year-old Jamaican record producer for being the “best in the business” and wanted to personally wish him a “great and magnificent day”.
“Hey, Rvssian how are you? Here is Simon Leviev. Congratulations to Rvssian. I heard that you are the best music producer in the business and you fighting a lot, a lot of enemies, including mine. Congratulations, my friend. Take care. I wish you a great and magnificent day (sic),” Leviev said.

Taking the shoutout further, even Rvssian’s display image on Instagram has been changed to a photo of Leviev.
The video has triggered laughter among Jamaicans on social media, many of whom marvelled at the ‘Tinder Swindler’s unwavering determination to keep making a name for himself, despite the notoriety he has garnered from the widely viewed documentary on Netflix.
Leviev, 31, has denied all allegations brought forward by victims of the hit documentary film, released globally on February 2, and has gone on record claiming to want to “clear things up” about the many reports of fleecing women to finance his lavish lifestyle.
Most recently, in an interview with Inside Edition on Monday, Leviev insisted he just wanted to ‘meet girls’ and that were never “threatened or conned”.
The Israeli man further contended that he “never presented himself” as the son of a billionaire diamond mogul, despite repeated reports of this from his many victims.

Leviev told Inside Edition that he couldn’t possibly “feel bad for something I didn’t do”, but that he is pained when he recalls “what happened to myself”.
“I want to clear my name; I want to say to the world this is not true,” Leviev declared.
Leviev has been permanently banned from all major dating apps, including Tinder, and now wants to break into Hollywood with a book deal and his own television series.
