Jamaican professional footballer Dujuan ‘Whisper’ Richards, who plays as a forward for English Premier League football club Chelsea and the Jamaica national team, is expecting his first child at 18 years old.

Images of himself and the mother of his expected child hit the Internet yesterday, after she posted to her Instagram,  sharing the happy celebration of what seemed to be a gender reveal/ baby shower with her followers.

Spoiler alert, it’s a boy!

Richards signed with Chelsea in the summer of 2023, before officially joining in January 2024 following his 18th birthday. So far, 2024 seems to be a big year for him as he ventures into the big leagues of club football, and fatherhood upon welcoming a bouncing baby boy.
