Two teens and a man have been slapped with charges over a shop break-in and larceny in their community on Tuesday, February 26.

They are 19-year-old Hassaine Harrilal, otherwise called ‘Duppy’, of Farm Hill in Ocho Rios, St Ann, 21-year-old Dillano Headlam, otherwise called ‘Juvi’, a barber of Exchange Ocho Rios, St Ann and a 15-year-old male student also of Exchange, Ocho Rios, St Ann.

Reports are that about 4:06 a.m., a woman securely locked up her shop and left. On her return, she saw broken glass at the front of the shop, along with a few products missing.

A report was later made to the police and the CCTV footage displayed the group stealing the items.

They were later arrested and subsequently charged.

A court date is still being finalised.
