At least one person was injured and awaiting medical attention following a two-vehicle collision on the Mosquito Cove main road near Sandy Bay in Hanover on Thursday.

The person is reportedly the driver of a motor car which collided with a refrigerated truck. The engine compartment of the car was crushed while the truck overturned on its side.

The exact time of the accident has not yet been confirmed.
