Bob Marley: One Love is set to celebrate its premiere on Tuesday, January 23, at the Carib 5 cinema in Kingston.

The premiere event will last from 4 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and admission is free.

The National Works Agency (NWA), the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), and TGE Consulting Limited have unveiled plans to implement temporary traffic changes on several roads in the Corporate Area to facilitate the event.

The announced alterations will be in effect from noon to midnight, and commuters are urged to take note of the following adjustments:

• Slipe Road Closure: Slipe Road will be closed to regular traffic between Orange Street and Half-Way Tree Road.
• Old Hope Road Directional Change: Old Hope Road will be converted to one-way northbound between Half-Way Tree Road and Caledonia Avenue.
• Studio One Boulevard Restriction: Studio One Boulevard will be converted to one-way northbound between Lyndhurst Road and Retirement Road.
• Retirement Road Modifications: Retirement Road will become one-way eastbound between Studio One Boulevard and Half-Way Tree Road, and one-way westbound between Studio Boulevard and Retirement Crescent.
• Additional Closures: Studio One Boulevard will be closed between Slipe Pen Road and Slipe Road, while Admiral Pen Road will be closed between Slipe Pen Road and Slipe Road.
• Marescaux Road Adjustment: Marescaux Road will be converted to one-way southbound between Caledonia Crescent and Heroes Circle.
• Relocation of Parking and Taxis: Taxis usually parked along Caledonia Crescent and Slipe Road will be relocated to the former King Burger lands. Coaster buses normally parked along Lewers Crescent will be relocated to Caledonia Crescent.
• JUTC Bus Exception: JUTC buses will operate as usual along Slipe Road during the specified closure hours.
• Patron Parking: Patrons attending the event are advised to park within National Heroes Circle.
• Security Measures: The Jamaica Constabulary Force will deploy officers to manage all control points, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic and public safety.
• Carib Theatre Closure: Carib Theatre will be closed to regular patrons throughout the announced road closures.
