The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) is advising of the implementation of a new Executive Management Structure at the equities regulator.

This stems from Andrea Kelly concluding her tenure as General Manager – Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited (JCSD) and JCSD Trustee Services Limited (JCSDTS), effective September 14, 2026.

The new Executive Management Structure provides for the elimination of the combined position of General Manager-JCSD/JCSDTS, which will be replaced with two new positions, namely General Manager-JCSD and General Manager-JCSDTS.

The new General Manager positions are designed to strengthen strategic management and executive focus, enhance operational effectiveness, and position both entities to advance the assigned mandates and strategic priorities.

Priority is now being given to filling the new General Manager positions. In the interim, Chief Executive Officer, JSE Group,  Livingstone Morrison, will assume responsibility for executive oversight of the operations of JCSD and JCSDTS.

The JSE has taken the opportunity to thank Ms Kelly for her service to the JSE Group and to wish her well in her future endeavours.
