It’s official. Ambassador Shorna-Kay Richards is Jamaica’s new non-resident High Commissioner to Australia.

Today (March 27) Richards was accredited to the post having presented her Letter of Introduction to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. Jamaica and Australia will celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations next year.

Richards is Jamaica’s Ambassador to Japan with concurrent accreditation to Australia, Indonesia, The Philippines South Korea and New Zealand.
