
Reggae veteran Capleton honoured Jamaican national hero Marcus Garvey during his electrifying set at Rasta City in Baltimore on August 17, to coincide with the Pan-Africanist’s birthday.
The concert also had performances from Sizzla Kalonji, Jah Thunda, and Ffurious.
Capleton performed his hits to a thunderous applause from the Maryland audience.
Capleton also gave the audience inspirational words, speaking of self-reliance, self-control, humility, and burning a fire on laziness.
The deejay’s next major performance is coming up at the Barclays Center in New York along with Alkaline, Elephant Man and Shenseea, among other acts.
