A new court ruling in Cardi B and Offset’s ongoing divorce has added another layer to their split, with questions raised over the paternity of Cardi’s youngest child. 

According to documents dated February 25, 2026, a judge denied Offset’s request for a DNA test on the newborn, while granting testing for another child in the case.

The order does not name the children directly, but one is described as a newborn born in late 2025, while the couple’s last child together was born in 2024. The filing also includes a gag order preventing both Cardi B and Offset from making public remarks about each other.

Cardi filed for divorce in 2024 and is seeking primary custody of their children, following an on and off relationship that included a brief reconciliation after their earlier split in 2020. The former couple share three children together: Kulture, Wave, and Blossom.
