Alan Sadler promoted to head newly created Guardian Shared Services Limited

Regional insurance giant Guardian created a new subsidiary, which will serve the group through a shared corporate structure.

The new subsidiary, Guardian Shared Services Limited (GSSL) will provide back-office insurance services to the Group’s Life, Health and Pension companies in Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Barbados. This is expected to provide significant savings to the group by sharing these services across its regional offices.

GSSL is registered in Trinidad and Tobago but will serve the cross-functionally within the group structure. Guardian Group Vice President for Insurance Operations, Alan Sadler has been promoted and will serve as President of GSSL.

He will also retain his current position as Group Vice President for Insurance Operations. As President, Sadler will lead the charge in developing a new shared services structure.
